Tap the gear icon ⚙️ Settings in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Contact Support → Get in touch.
Be as detailed as possible when describing the error/bug: What happened? 🕒 When did it happen? What were you doing in the game at the time? Share screenshots 📸 and screen recordings 🎥 showing the bug. They will let us identify and fix the problem much faster.
You can add more details, check the status of your request, and see our response anytime via the Contact Support menu. There you'll also find a history of all your previous conversations.

Please include a description of the issue, your Player ID, device model 📱, and any relevant screenshots – it'll help us solve the problem faster.
