- Consider the enemy type and use heroes effective against specific foes (humans, machines, animals, or Herbids).
- Against strong single enemies, heroes with pinpoint ultimates work well – like May or Professor Miller.
- Against crowds, heroes dealing area damage are more effective – like Auntie or Amit.
- If the enemy wipes out your heroes with one hit, try placing your weakest heroes in the front line to buy more time for your main fighters.
