If other devices connect just fine, then the issue is with your phone.
If your phone connects to other networks without a problem, then it might be your router.
If Wi-Fi is on, but there's still no internet – contact your internet provider.
On iOS 🍏:
🔁 Restart your phone and your router.
Clear the app cache 🧹 (if possible).
Link your account to Facebook.
Try using a VPN.
Close other apps before launching the game.
Update both the game and the iOS 🍏 version.
To reset network settings:
Go to Settings ⚙️ → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Check mobile data and roaming:
Go to Settings ⚙️ → Cellular → Enable/Disable Mobile Data.
If you use roaming 🌎, make sure it's enabled.
Carrier settings update:
