Having trouble connecting? Let's fix that! 🚨

  • Try these quick steps first:

  • Turn your Wi-Fi off and back on.

  • Make sure Airplane Mode ✈️ is turned off.

  • 🔁 Restart your phone.

What could be the issue?

  • If other devices connect just fine, then the issue is with your phone.

  • If your phone connects to other networks without a problem, then it might be your router.

  • If Wi-Fi is on, but there's still no internet – contact your internet provider.

On iOS 🍏:

  • 🔁 Restart your phone and your router.

  • Clear the app cache 🧹 (if possible).

  • Link your account to Facebook.

  • Try using a VPN.

  • Close other apps before launching the game.

  • Update both the game and the iOS 🍏 version.

To reset network settings:

  • Go to Settings ⚙️ → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings.

Check mobile data and roaming:

  • Go to Settings ⚙️ → Cellular → Enable/Disable Mobile Data.
